Cancellation or Modification by You
To cancel or modify a reservation (such as changes to travel dates, destination, departure location, accommodation, or transportation), you may contact us.
Unless permitted by the relevant Travel Supplier under their Rules and Restrictions (which will be provided to you before booking), you do not have the right to cancel or modify the reservation.
Travel Suppliers may charge you fees for canceling or modifying a reservation (whether in whole or in part). These fees will be outlined in the Rules and Restrictions. You agree to pay any charges incurred. Please note that any changes you make will be subject to the pricing at the time you request the modification. This price may differ from the original price you booked the Travel Services at. Generally, prices tend to increase the closer the modification date is to the departure date.

Other Cancellations or Modifications
If the full payment for your reservation or any associated cancellation/modification fees or charges is not made on time, your reservation may be canceled by us or the relevant Travel Supplier.
For various reasons (e.g., double booking due to connection issues at a hotel, or a hotel being closed due to a hurricane), it is possible for a reservation to be canceled or modified by the Travel Supplier or by us. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options/assistance or a refund, if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided through the original payment method used for the reservation. Such refunds will be processed by the party that received your original payment. We do not have any information on the refund process of Travel Suppliers. Unless otherwise specified during the booking process, our fees are non-refundable.
Section 6: Conditions Specific to Travel Services
This section provides details of conditions related to certain Travel Services provided by the Travel Supplier. These details are not exhaustive and do not replace the relevant Rules and Restrictions provided to you before booking.
Each Travel Service is subject to the relevant Rules and Restrictions of the Travel Supplier. Please read this section, as it will apply to your reservation. In the event of any inconsistency between this section and the relevant Rules and Restrictions, the relevant Rules and Restrictions will prevail.
A. Accommodations
Our service may offer you the option to “Pay Now” or “Pay Later.” Room rates (including all applicable taxes and fees) will be displayed under the “Pay Now” and “Pay Later” payment options on our service. Please note that taxes and fees may vary depending on your preferred payment option. Tax rates and currency exchange rates may change between the time of booking and the dates of your stay.
Pay Now
If you choose the “Pay Now” payment option, the relevant company (as outlined in Section 4 (Payment)) will charge your payment method at the time of booking for the total amount of the reservation.
Pay Later
If you choose the “Pay Later” payment option, the Travel Supplier will usually charge your payment method in the local currency on your stay dates or as communicated to you during the booking process.
Deposit
Some Travel Suppliers may require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in at the accommodation to cover any additional charges incurred during your stay. This deposit is unrelated to the payments you make for your reservation to the relevant company (as outlined in Section 4 (Payment)).
No-Show for the First Night
If you do not show up for the first night of your accommodation reservation and plan to check in for subsequent nights, please contact us prior to the original check-in date. Failure to confirm this may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation. Refunds for no-shows will be processed only in accordance with the accommodation’s relevant Rules and Restrictions.
Group Reservations
You cannot book more than 8 rooms at the same accommodation for the same stay dates through our service. If you make reservations for more than 8 rooms, even if done separately, we may cancel your reservations. We may also charge you a cancellation fee. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, you may not get it back. If you wish to book more than 8 rooms, please use the “Groups and Meetings” section of our service. You may be required to sign a written contract or pay a non-refundable deposit.
Ratings
The ratings displayed on our service, including those by local and national rating organizations (where applicable), are intended to help you set your expectations regarding accommodations with the corresponding rating levels. Ratings may differ from standards in your own country. The ratings displayed on the site do not imply any specific features or amenities are guaranteed. Additional information is provided in the “Overview” or “Amenities and Features” section of the accommodation details page. These guidelines are subject to change. Additionally, our Group and Partners cannot guarantee the accuracy of any specific rating displayed from time to time through our service.
Meals
If your accommodation reservation includes meals, the number of meals provided will depend on the number of nights you stay. Full board typically includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Half board usually includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner. No refunds will be given for missed meals.
